Application areas Advantages

  • Used to provide vapor barrier for very cold processes and cold storage systems and prevent failure of the insulation system.

  • Used to protects cork, polyurethane, Polyisocyanurate, phenolic and cellular glass insulation etc, against weather and industrial environments. Also, used as protective coating for insulation systems, where fire resistive properties is required.

  • Reflective finish, good resistance to chemicals like mild acids, mild alkalis, solvents and industrial oils and exceptionally fire resistive. Contains no hazardous compounds of lead and mercury.

  • When reinforced with membrane, the mastic can withstand some mechanical abuse.
