Used as a joint sealant in duct air-conditioning systems, aluminium jacketing system and other insulations, metal and masonry providing water-tight and air-tight seal.

Used as a flashing compound to flash projections and terminations preventing entrance of moisture thereby providing complete protection from moisture.

Offers unique vapor barrier property to seal joints of insulation against entrance of moisture to minimize corrosion damage under insulation.

Can be used outdoors as it has excellent weather resistant property, without top coating, and has no hazardous substance such as lead or mercury.
