Application areas Advantages

  • Used as a vapour barrier, water resistant sealant and expansion joint material in the joints of cellular glass and other insulations, and also for all metal jacketing systems preventing entrance of moisture through the joints.

  • Designed for use with rigid thermal insulation including polystyrene.

  • Remains flexible and in-tact in joints and will not shrink or crack during repeated thermal cycles.

  • Excellent vapor and water resistant property with good temperature resistance of up to 150°C.

  • Surface skins to form a tough surface protecting the flexibility of the underlying sealant. Its thixotropic property allows for application without sagging or running.

  • Prevents entrance of moisture and corrosion damage under insulation. It has no hazardous compounds of lead and mercury.
