Used as protective mastic for protecting outdoor thermal insulation and on heated lines, vessels and equipment in intermittent or dual temperature service to prevent corrosion under insulation.

Used as an excellent vapor barrier mastic for low temperature insulation on tanks, pipework, vessels, ductwork, and fittings.

Fire resistant characteristic of mastic delivers superior protection to system. Excellent resistance to various chemicals, mild acids and alkalis. Contains no hazardous compounds of lead and mercury.

Protects insulation against moisture, minimizing damage to insulation. Thixotropic property makes trowelling smooth and easy on insulation. Usually applied in two applications with reinforcing mesh in between producing durable finish of high thickness.
